Gift your child the vibrant traditions and heritage of Yoga, Indian classical Music , Dance and Cultural Heritage at Yoga Arka Life Centre! Our Buds & Blossoms Programme is designed for children aged 6 to 12 years, offering classes in Yoga, Carnatic Music ,dance and Heritage!
Buds and Blossoms is an immersive programme , during which , apart from getting an education in Yoga, your child will absorb the wonderful elements of Music , Dance and Indian Cultural Heritage in a non intimidating space , while truly enjoying her classroom time with the Instructor !
This will be a rewarding learning experience for children age 5/6 yrs to 10/12 yrs of 90 to 100 mts per week with adequate AV materials for guided at home practice! Direct classes happen every Saturday and Sunday at our Little India and Bukit Batok studios.

The Buds & Blossoms Yoga, Music, Dance and Heritage Education programme is designed separately for kids 6/7 yrs old to 12yrs old.
Along side conventional methods, they will be learning music and dance through short musical and dance capsules which they will enjoy practicing on their own while assimilating the tenets of Rhythm, Melody and Lyric all in one go.
They will be given ample opportunities to be creative within the framework of these classical art forms.
They will also be introduced to stories and concepts from Ithihasa and Puranas to create a complete overall immersive cultural experience.
Learning with an instructor who is firmly grounded in the practice of fitness and Yoga, they will develop similar interests that will last a lifetime!
Classes are conducted weekly once. The full programme is conducted for 90 to 100 minutes.
Children over 10 yrs can choose to take up separate programmes to progress intensively in each of the subjects namely Yoga, Carnatic Vocal , Carnatic Violin and Bharatanatyam.
